Wealth = Health ?

For most poor people, wealth seem to be almost = health. But for the wealthy ones, but who are too timid to spend their money on health, not only for operation, or dialysis, or so on.., but just for going to the clinic, or having a checkup, wealth is undoubtedly inequals to health!
